New Year’s Eve At-Home Retreat

Join me and our community for our third annual New Year’s Eve retreat.  I have created a special 3-day “retreat” to close this year down with the ceremony and mindfulness it deserves. As a collective and as individuals, we will emerge from 2022 ready for the unexpected gifts 2023 will bring.  We will retreat in order to rewire and reboot.  Let’s align all our systems so we can function optimally as we turn the corner to 2023.

Over the course of 3-days we will create sacred space, align our bodies, practice pranayama to integrate our year’s work, and write personal goals with guidance from my goals-queen and friend, Claudia Batten. We will ground our highest intentions from the spiritual plane into the real world.

Let’s give 2022 a proper ending that inspires the best beginning to 2023.  We have done a lot of deep work together moving our way through this year; pose by pose, breath by breath, meditation by meditation.
