Every six months or so, I crave a deep reset so that I can show-up in my life as fully as possible for my family, my friends, myself and the community. I’m inviting you to join me for a week long self-curated cleanse. This week will give you the space to move your body with daily yoga practices, fill your spiritual cup with deep meditation practice and release what’s holding you back by intentionally feeding your body in a way that serves you.

Requirements:
- Either attend all scheduled sessions or watch the recordings before the following day’s session. You will have Unlimited access to recordings and recorded meditations
- Move your body everyday
- Meditate everyday
- Prepare most of your own food the week of the workshop. Rather than a strict cleanse, you will be asked to add 3 healthy habits to your regular routine and to put aside 3 habits that are not serving you. I suggest one habit be physical, one spiritual and one mental. For example, three healthy habits to add this week might be active or passive sweating once per day, meditating every morning, and only reading spiritual texts or perhaps long form articles about current events. Three habits to leave aside for this week might be something like, removing gluten from the diet, no gossip, and no social media. During the first session, we will figure out everyone’s individualized plan.
