The world feels so overwhelming right now. In my small way, I’m cultivating experiences for myself and my students to come together to remember our humanity, presence and love. So, this feels like the right time to take a group back to the Abbadia Celestina to immerse in the healing energy of this special property. Throughout the week, we will practice Leilihana mudra; the mudra of savoring what is. This retreat is designed for those who are ready to prioritize showing up in the world as the most vibrant, loving and present version of themselves. I welcome every level of student from complete beginners to yoga teachers.
