This series is perfect for people over 60 and those who require more therapeutic movement. This 5 class series tackles all of the most important aspects of your yoga practice: Balance, Standing Poses, Backbends, Core and Restorative. These classes use props for support and safety. They range in length from 7 minutes to 37 minutes. Every practice starts with the same gentle warm up to prepare the body for the more challenging movements.
