This bundle covers everything from strengthening to stretching to meditation. My most popular quick hit videos like the Tech Neck practice along with my 20 min Power Class are included in this bundle. There are 7 practices in total ranging in length from 15 to 30 minutes. This selection of classes was compiled to keep you balanced and practicing throughout the holidays. Even a 15 minute practice can have tremendous benefits. Meditation. The message is clear. The external demands of our world claim more of our focus and attention than ever before. In the haze of your daily life, how much agency do you exercise in determining how to spend your day? For example, when you click the alert that shows the time you spent on your phone, are you able to account for all that time spent? Or were many of those moments mindlessly spent scrolling through the Instagram and Tick Tock? Of course, we all mindlessly move through some tasks in our day; as it should be. But wouldn't it be great to make more of our moments mindful and in turn, more impactful? Now, we all can benefit from taking time to connect with ourselves in a real way, quiet the external input to enable us to be more discerning with how we want to make an impression on our immediate kula (community). There is nothing intangible about meditation. You have all the tools you need. This bundle is meant to be a guide for those of you who are new to meditation and for those of you who want to do more but need a little nudging.

They range in length from 7 minutes to 37 minutes. Every practice starts with the same gentle warm up to prepare the body for the more challenging movements.
