Day 1 - April 16

Homework:

  • Practice Daily or Twice Daily 5-24 minutes.  Use the MP3 recording from the Sunday session (above click DOWNLOAD MP3) or use the pdf flashcard attached above (click DOWNLOAD PDF) or use any technique you’d like.   Try the Visarga technique as a Second Attention Practice.
  • Suggested Reading:
    • 1)Tantra Illuminated pages 69-90 and if listening on audible Chapters 14-20.
    • 2) Short Inspiring Read from the Marginalian below.

  2. Suggested Reading:  If you have read The Recognition Sutras, translated by Hareesh Wallis then revisit Chapter 18.  If you haven’t already read Recognition Sutras, the suggested reading is Tantra Illuminated pages 19-41.

Day 3 - April 30

Homework:

  1. Practice with the Three Bindus Daily or Twice Daily 5-24 minutes.  Use the MP3 practice recording from the Sunday session (below click DOWNLOAD MP3) or use the pdf flashcard attached above (click DOWNLOAD PDF) or use any technique you’d like.
  2. There is no suggested reading this week.

Day 4 - May 7

Homework:

  1. Mantra practice using SAUH or Om Namah Shivaya as japa mala (with mala beads), out loud to internally.  You can also use the tanpura recording to help.  Try the mantra practice at least 3 times this week and use other practices as well continuing with our once or twice daily 5-24 minute sit.  There is an  MP3 but there isn’t a pdf for this week’s practice.
  2. Hmwk: Read Tantra Illuminated pages 235-242 on Audible it is Chapter 87

Day 5 - May 13
